Hi, my name is Joe, and I am a staff writer for the Sports section of The Papyrus.  I am a senior in the Class of 2026 from Santa Monica, California. 

I have been writing for The Papyrus since last year, which was my first at Taft.  I enjoy covering Taft’s athletic teams as well as sports news occurring outside of Taft.  Apart from my responsibilities with The Papyrus, I am President/Founder of the Taft Sports Business Club, Admissions Council Head, Co-Head of the Taft Film Club, a Dorm Monitor, and a New Student Mentor. I also play on the Varsity Boys Ice Hockey Team.  In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching movies, listening to podcasts, and working out.
