Lucya Yang, Staff Writer
Hi! My name is Lucya Yang, a staff writer for The Papyrus. I am a mid in the class of 2028, and I am from Shanghai.
I joined The Papyrus as a staff writer during my sophomore year, and I am excited to cover various topics in art & leisure, opinion pieces, and pretty much any community-centric topics. Outside of The Papyrus, I serve as a co-head of the Spectrum Journal and a member of Taft’s Women’s Crew team. Additionally, I am fairly involved in the arts, particularly music – I am a harpist and pianist in the Chamber Ensemble. In my free time, I love to write creative writing (in any form), read, play and listen to music, and hang out with my friends.
